Step 5 : Gently spoon this kiwi combination onto the mango mixture within the glasses, working carefully across the inner of each glass to create a smooth horizontal line. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 6 : Garnish with kiwifruit slices, and stir to mix flavours, if preferred. Serve chilled immediately.

MANGO SAFFRON LASSI:

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 Cup Mango
- 4 Scoop Ice Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dry fruits 

COOKING STEPS:
Step 1 : In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, along with sugar and 1/2 cup milk and blend it into a clean paste.
Step 2 : Now add the condensed milk and a few ice cubes and blend it thoroughly.
Step 3 : Add 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts of your choice.
Step 4 : Scoop within the vanilla ice-cream, stirring it so that it will infuse the cream.
Step 5: Serve at once.
Step 6 : Add few cherries and sugar balls for garnishing.
Step 7 : Serve right now.
