How to resolve Blue Screen of Death Error


What is Blue Screen Error:
Blue screen error also known as Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) is an error message displayed on a Windows computer system with blue screen when the operating system reaches a condition where it can not operate safely after a fatal system error . System crashed eventually.

Why does Blue Screen error occur:
BSods can be due to malfunctioned hardware, for example faulty memory, overheating of components, issues with power supply, or even hardware running beyond its specified limits or poorly written device drivers.

General cause of Blue screens are the problems with your computer's hardware or issues with its hardware driver software. This error occurs while Windows encounters a “STOP Error.”. Windows crashes due to this critical failure and stop working.

How to fix Blue Screen Error:
There are various ways to fix blue screen error. Before proceeding, you need to identify what is root cause of this issue, is it a hardware or software that is leading to this problem?

If you have started facing this blue screen of death after installing any new software then if you are lucky enough to access your windows again then try uninstalling the same. If you are not able to login to your system and are stuck in loop of blue screen of death then try running your system in safe mode by pressing f8 upon startup and selecting 'Safe Mode'. After you successfully access your machine try uninstalling any software that might be causing this issue.

NOTE: Following solution is only for those who have knowledge of hardware connecting/disconnecting.

If you are stuck in a loop of blue screens of death then there is nothing to worry, as you can give it a shot with following: Try removing any hardware device for example your Graphics card or Ram. Take out your Ram and replace it with new one or just clean the old one and then try accessing your machine. Or if you are using desktop computer then you can also try removing your graphics card and see if the problem persists.
