How to make delicious Pizza-Omelette

If you love eating Pizza also love eating Omelette and want to eat something that is not quite pizza but is something more than an omelette. So if you want to be creative and eat something different then you are in luck as following is simple recipe to prepare fresh pizza omelette.

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs, beaten
• Skimmed milk
• 30 ml water
• 30 ml pizza sauce
• 1tbsp olive oil
• Some black olives
• 15g sliced red onion
• 85g chopped tomatoes
• 25g sliced mushrooms
• 20g Mozzarella cheese
• Seasonings(Salt, Pepper, Oregano)

Method:

1. Break the eggs into the bowl and beat with fork.
2. Now pour water and pepper in bowl and mix well.
3. Pour Olive oil in the frying pan and heat it over medium-high temperature..
4. Pour the egg mixture into a hot frying pan and quickly swirl around the pan. Tilt and rotate frying pan to allow uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces. When eggs are almost set on surface but still look moist, spread pizza sauce over half of omelette..
5. When the top is nearly fry add the chopped tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, green peppers, onion and mozzarella cheese . Sprinkle over the mixed herbs. Add salt and pepper and Oregano according to taste.
6. Now place the pan under a hot grill and grill until the cheese bubbles then slide the omelette on the plate.
7. Your pizza omelette is ready and enjoy the taste of pizza omelette. Also Instead of pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, use your favorite pizza ingredients
